Crest Nicholson have taken over the site and new proposals are being consulted on.
The proposal is for less housing than previously approved, providing more green space while retaining 40 % affordable housing.
It also reflects more closely the height of the neighbouring offices and homes. Car parking as always is an issue with new developments, 97 spaces will be provided for 106 homes.
A planning application is expected shortly and we will keep you informed of this.
